Amsterdam’s nightlife is full of creativity, energy and culture — but not everyone gets the chance to be part of it. ClubKids is a talent development program that gives young makers and organizers the tools to shape the future of the night.

Over several weeks, a group of selected participants works closely with professionals from the scene. They learn what it takes to design, program and produce events that are not only exciting, but also inclusive and socially aware. From concept to club night — this is where ideas become reality.

Participants get hands-on experience in building their own event, while gaining insight into programming, creative entrepreneurship and community-driven nightlife. Along the way, they discover how the night can be a space for expression, connection and cultural change.

The program is aimed at young people (18–230) from the Amsterdam metropolitan region — especially those who haven’t always had access to the networks and knowledge behind the scenes. ClubKids helps open doors and build bridges: between people, between cultures, and between ideas and action.
